FLANGES FOR PNEUMATIC & HYDRAULIC CONVEYING Flanging is the oldest and best-known method of connecting pipe sections to each other in a detachable, but secure manner. As a rule, a flat gasket is inserted between the flanges (both perforated), which are pressed together with nuts and bolts. The sealing elements can vary depending on the type of sealing surface. Flanges are still used worldwide today. Flanges for ESSER pipelines are generally based on the EN 1092-1 standard (steel flanges). However, flanges according to other standards can also be used on request. Please contact us.
