THE SECOND LAST ELBOW IN THE BOOM IS EXPOSED TO EXTREMELY HIGH WEAR. In most boom positions, the last and next to the last boom arm are showing downwards. The concrete flow will interrupt and the concrete falls vertically into this elbow. That causes an extremely high impact wear. We recommend using one impact elbow for pumps up to three boom arms. By four and more boom arms two impact elbows should be used.
